POLITEC E has been developed to meet stringent environmental and technical requirements. Odour levels and the release of aromatic compounds at the mixing and casting stage have been greatly reduced.

POLITEC XP is a range of cold box resins designed for high-speed repetition core making. All resins in the range exhibit high out of box strengths.

• XP 500 in combination with XP 1060 offers excellent moisture resistance on core storage;
• XP 1000 in combination with XP 1050 offers accurate dimensional stability;
• XP 1000 in combination with XP 1080 offers extended bench life resulting in high productivity.

The POLITEC G3 (TMA) process is a high productivity process. Gas and purge times are reduced and amine consumption is significantly lower offering productivity, economic and environmental benefits. In addition, core strength is enhanced, amine condensation is reduced and core separation is improved reducing the risk of pinholes and other defects.

A range of traditional amine catalysts are also available.
